National Data Opt Out (NDOO)
Also on 25th May the NHS Digital launches the National Data Opt Out. You can choose whether to allow NHS Digital to use your confidential data for Research and Planning.
Confidential information means information that identifies you and says something about your health, care or treatment.

24/7 Telephone booking (Patient Partner)
Telephone the surgery 24 hours a day 7 days a week and choose Option 1. Book, Check, Change or Cancel an appointment using just the buttons on your telephone - you do not need a PIN.

If you choose to follow the instructions to create a Patient Partner PIN you will be also be able to use the system to order repeat prescriptions
