Patient Partner 24/7 Automated Telephone system.  

You can now book / check /change / and cancel appointments using just the buttons on your telephone - you do not need a PIN.   Telephone the surgery day or night and choose Option 1.  If you also follow our instructions to create a Patient Partner PIN you will be able to use the system to order repeat prescriptions.

Community Midwives

From March 2016 Midwives Clinics will be held at:

  • Your community midwives are:  Jenny Hawke, Ruth Loska and Sue Forrest -  part of the West team of midwives. After your first visit you will be allocated to one midwife for the remainder of your pregnancy.
  • To arrange or cancel an appointment:   Telephone  01273 523149 Monday to Friday. You are able to leave a message on the answerphone & your call will be returned as soon as possible. 
  • For non urgent queries:  Telephone  01273 523149 please leave a message with the receptionists
  • Alternatively Telephone 01273 664794 to leave a message at the Community Midwives Office

Children's health visitors are specialist nurses who give advice to families with young children. They are based at Children’s Centres which offer a range of specialist services for families as part of the Sure Start Community Under 5's Teams.

Your local children's centre is allocated according to where you live but most of our patients will be allocated to Conway Court Clinic and Children's Centre, Hove.

to participate in research studies. You do not have to take part and if you decline your normal
care will not be affected.
